Software Engineer Co-founder & CEO

For several years, I worked on developing IT solutions within innovative companies such as Strapp Mobile, BIOM Attitude, Karos Mobility and Exakis Nelite. These experiences allowed me to support organizations in understanding their needs and designing adapted digital solutions. They also strengthened my desire to put technology at the service of projects with environmental and societal impact.

Composting relies on a strong human dynamic, but remains largely under-equipped. Local authorities must coordinate numerous sites, mobilize volunteer referents and structure information across their territory. Together with Said REBIH, a master composter who brings his in-depth knowledge of the field and operational needs, we designed a modern solution to simplify composting, both in its management and practice.

Our ambition is clear: to make Compost'ON the reference platform for composting management, combining environmental impact, useful innovation and simplicity of use.

The ecological transition also requires useful digital tools. With Compost'ON, we support the development of composting by giving institutions the means to structure and manage their biowaste policies, while measuring the impact of their initiatives and facilitating citizen engagement and the work of local stakeholders. An approach that responds to a collective ecological responsibility as well as regulatory requirements.

Vegetable gardener / Master composter Co-founder

With over 13 years of experience managing a shared composting site in La Roche-sur-Yon, I have dedicated my career to promoting sustainable composting practices within our collective.

I had the opportunity to train in the field with Mr. Daniel ROUX, a specialist in composting techniques using the Jean PAIN method. In 2019, I continued my training as a Master Composter at Eisenia in Rennes.

My work has extended well beyond the simple management of composting sites. I have been involved in community engagement, establishing collaborative dynamics and strengthening links with the local authority.

Through this experience, I was able to understand the work required of composting site referents.

From this experience managing the shared composting site of Le Coteau, I observed the use of archaic tools to manage composting site operations.

Based on this observation, I set out to find more modern and efficient means of organization.
